Tatiana Moskalkova signed an agreement on cooperation with the Foundation "Public Opinion"

On October 12, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova and President of the All-Russian Public Foundation "Public Opinion" Alexander Oslon signed an Agreement on Cooperation between the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation and the All-Russian Public Foundation "Public Opinion".

The document provides cooperation and interaction of the parties in the form of mutual consultations, meetings and information exchange, organization of exhibitions of round tables, as well as joint research in the field of ensuring and protecting the rights of Russian citizens.

An important point of the signed agreement is a joint activity aimed at monitoring the state of human rights protection and analyzing information on the dynamics of public opinion.

Such work will help to adequately assess the population’s satisfaction with the situation of the protection of human rights, and on the basis of the results of the conducted studies, develop a strategy to improve the effectiveness of human rights activities in the country.

The parties welcomed the signing of the Agreement and stressed the importance of collaborative work to ensure respect and protection of human rights in the Russian Federation.
