I extend my sincere condolences to you and the entire Austrian people on the horrific event that took place in Vienna. In this tragic hour, my heart goes out to all the victims and their families. 

I firmly believe that only working together we can root out the scourge of terrorism which threatens the most fundamental human right - the right to life.
