High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova sent congratulatory telegrams to Andrei Zimin and Tatiana Merzlyakova on their appointment to the post of Commissioner for Human Rights in the Kamchatka Territory and Commissioner for Human Rights in the Sverdlovsk Region.

Tatiana Moskalkova wished the Commissioners further success in the discharge of critical tasks aimed at developing and strengthening guarantees for state protection of the human rights.

The federal ombudswoman also congratulated Tatiana Merzlyakova on the 20th anniversary of her first appointment to this responsible position.
