Tatiana Moskalkova: "Supertalents provide the progress of mankind"

High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova visited the exposition of the Krasnodar Territory at the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi.

At the regional stand, the High Commissioner got acquainted with the laboratory developments of young scientists — oil oxidizing biological, allowing the decomposition of petroleum products in water, a microbial fuel cell that generates electricity from bacteria, and developed new generation biofuel made from microalgae.

Tatiana Moskalkova appreciated the innovations and expressed her hope that in the near future young scientists will be able to achieve cheaper rates of the presented developments for their further application in everyday life.

"Talents are a rare phenomenon and they create the values that ensure human progress," Moskalkova said.
