On 12–13 March, Head of Chancery of the Russian Human Rights Commissioner’s Office Vladimir Grachev took part in the 28th annual session of the International Coordinating Committee for National Human Rights Institutions (ICC) in Geneva.

The participants in the meeting discussed the post 2015 development agenda, the problem of violence against women, and the prospects for protection of rights of persons with disabilities. On the sidelines of the session, meetings of Vladimir Grachev with President of the Human Rights Council Joachim Rücker and Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Valeria Lutkovskaya were held.
