The new "Human rights" information leaflet of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation covers the most topical human rights issues. These include protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as the details of the joint reception of citizens by the Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova and Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan.
