Minsk ceasefire agreement to save many lives in Ukraine

Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova commented on the ceasefire agreement signed in Minsk between Ukraine leaders and representatives of the “people’s republics” in Donetsk and Lugansk regions. 

“If this agreement is implemented, it will be the best that could be done in the current situation. It is great that such an agreement has been signed. If it is executed, it will save lives of many people,” Ms Pamfilova said.
