Meeting with President of General Inspection Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran
On December 6, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova met with President of General Inspection Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran Naser Seraj.

In turn, Naser Seraj spoke in detail about the legal protection system in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to Naser Seraj, in Iran, citizens can not only report violations of their rights, but also receive training in the Academy of Ombudsmen. In this institution teachers from other countries organize training courses, and students can pass a program of sharing experiences and knowledge abroad.
In conclusion, the meeting participants discussed the development of cooperation in the field of human rights protection.
Recall, on December 5, Memorandum on the establishment of Eurasian Ombudsman Alliance was signed.
The Eurasian Ombudsman Alliance is the first human rights union in history that unites the efforts of state human rights defenders of Europe and Asia.
