High Commissioner’s hotline received 8,831 calls

The High Commissioner’s hotline has received 8,831 calls since the beginning of the year.
Most requests are received about the status of consideration of the application, as well as ways to appeal to the High Commissioner. Most of the complaints are related to the protection of labor rights, housing disputes. People express disagreement with the court decisions, complain about the violation of pensions and social support. A significant proportion of requests are related to health protection.
