High Commissioner’s hotline has received over 7,000 calls since the beginning of the year

People are most interested in information on previously filed complaints and on dealing with their appeals.
This is followed by issues of implementation of labor rights, complaints against court decisions, housing and land disputes. A significant proportion of calls is devoted to health issues.
All calls are immediately accepted for work, the staff of the High Commissioner’s Office give answers and recommendations to all callers.
