High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova addressed the participants of the seminar and conference held by the General Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The event was devoted to the role of the legal service in the interaction between bodies of the MIA of Russia, state authorities, and civil society institutions.

Tatiana Moskalkova spoke about the role and importance of the interaction between legal subdivisions of the MIA of Russia and the institution of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.
