On September 1, Agreement on Cooperation between High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova and Russian State University of Justice was signed.
The main objective of the agreement is joint scientific, educational and practical cooperation aimed at raising the level of legal culture and awareness. In addition, university students will be able to do an internship at the Office of the federal ombudsman, consolidating the knowledge and skills gained at the lectures.
The document signed also provides for the organization of joint projects and events (forums, scientific and practical conferences, seminars, master-classes, competitions, and others), joint scientific research and other cooperation in the field of protecting human and civil rights and freedoms.
At the end of the signing ceremony, the High Commissioner congratulated the students on the start of the new academic year and wished them to remain strong in spirit and acquire new knowledge.
