High Commissioner met children from Mosul

High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova, Chairman of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights Mikhail Fedotov, Commissioner for the Rights of the Child under the President of the Russian Federation Anna Kuznetsova and Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Ziyad Sabsabi met children of Russian women, who were caught in Iraqi Mosul in the period of hostilities, at the airport Vnukovo.

Five children, who were saved from the horrors of the war thanks to the unprecedented efforts of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, the Commissioner for Children’s Rights and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, tomorrow will be hosted in Grozny.
