High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova attended Order of Parental Glory award ceremony

On 1 June, President of the Russian Federation awarded the Order of Parental Glory to parents of large families. Tatiana Moskalkova attended the award ceremony at the Kremlin.
After the ceremony, the High Commissioner said: "Sociologists claim that two and more children must be born in a family in order to provide a simple reproduction of population. In Russia, except the republics of the North Caucasus, we have one child per family on average.
Indeed, a strong large family is the basis of a country, a guarantee of its prosperity. Nowadays, the creators of that future prosperity from Khabarovsk, Altai and Krasnodar Territories, Kaliningrad, Sverdlovsk, Tver and Samara Regions, Ingushetia and Crimea received the high state decorations.
