High Commissioner addressed Council of Federation

On 24 May, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova addressed the meeting of the Constitutional Law and State-Building Committee of the Council of the Federation.

Tatiana Moskalkova’s speech was devoted to the Annual Report 2015 of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation. The High Commissioner covered the main human rights trends and problems, spoke about coordination of efforts by the High Commissioner and regional human rights commissioners in 2015, international cooperation, and legislation improvement activity.
