Dialogue with Commissioner. Keep humanity…

I received a claim from a resident of the Republic of Komi D. According to the applicant, she was illegally detained by law enforcement officers who inflicted her bodily harm. Citizen D. asked to restore her rights and impose liability to guilty.
On June 14, a woman lost her dog and looked for her. In the evening, a passing police car stopped near D. Law enforcement officers took the women’s shaky walk for an intoxication state. She warned that she was suffering from the knee joints osteoarthrosis, but she was ready to go to the central city hospital for examination. The woman was forcibly delivered to the police station, where she was not explained the reason of her detention, suffered violent acts: the officers wrung her hands, pushed her, hit her in the head. At night, she was twice called an ambulance, and was not provided with any food or medicine.
At the time of application, D. was in the hospital with the diagnosis of a closed craniocerebral injury and concussion.
I learned the materials, and sent a request to the Komi Prosecutor’s Office requesting the restoration of the constitutional rights of the victim, who had been subjected to violence and disparaging acts.
According to the response, the investigating authorities conducted an investigation, resulted in a criminal case initiation basing on clause 3 (a) of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Misfeasance"). At the present time, evidence is collected.
Unfortunately, such situations are not unique. Beatings and fear remain in a person’s memory for a long time. I can’t stop the cycle of cruelty everywhere, but I would like to appeal to everyone who has read this Dialogue: in any situation, keep humanity.
