To solve the pressing problems in that area it was decided to improve the forms of cooperation between the human rights commissioners and the FPS of Russia, along with local departments of the service in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and administration officials of penitentiary facilities, as well as with members of public monitoring commissions.
