On July 25, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova again held a telephone conversation with Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova about information in mass media concerning the detention of a Russian tanker in the port of Izmail.

In a telephone conversation, Lyudmila Denisova told Tatiana Moskalkova that no charges were brought against ten seamen from the tanker NEYMA, Russian citizens. Currently, they had arrived in Republic of Moldova, from where they would fly to Moscow.
