Following Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to member states as of 20 June 2007 No.7 the Code of Good Administration was adopted, which defines good administration as an effective tool intended to improve public sector efficiency, the value of the state authorities in the eyes of the society.
Good governance is a prerequisite for stability and a crucial condition for a progressive and wealthy society. This very phenomenon is also the key to ensure security and legality, equality and human rights, sustainable economic development and multiplication of human resources.
