On 2 February, Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova spoke on air of the Echo of Moscow radio station in the morning Spread programme. The Commissioner said she was ready to start investigating into the forced contracting with conscripts claimed by human rights organisations. However, these cases were by no means always connected with the military actions in Ukraine, Pamfilova said.
