In late May, with the assistance of staff members of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Office, a legal right of convict I. to receive social disability benefits and monthly payment was restored.
On 22 May it became known that the rights of convict K., serving a sentence at a correctional facility in Tyumen Region, to receive sick-leave payments have been restored with the assistance of members of the Russian Human Rights Commissioner’s Office.

On 8 March, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the law regulating the procedure of exclusion of non-commercial organisations (NGOs) from the foreign agents’ registry. Earlier, Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova had repeatedly brought up the need of developing the procedure to strike an NGO off from the registry of foreign agents.
On 4 March, having considered an appeal from the Russian Human Rights Commissioner, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation changed its stance and reduced the service of term for the convicted Mr B.
