On 8 July, a two-day working visit of High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova to Kemerovo Region ended.
On 2 July, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova submitted an official letter to her Ukrainian counterpart Valeriya Lutkovska. The letter concerned deportation of Russian journalist Aleksandra Cherepnina from Ukraine.
On 24 June, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova and Director General of the CE's Directorate General of Human Rights and the Rule of Law Philippe Boillat signed an agreement on the joint implementation of the Next Generation Russian PMC Project within the next three years (up to 2017).
On 17–19 June, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova made a working visit to Paris by invitation of French Defender of Rights Jacques Toubon.
On 15–16 June, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova took part in the 29th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, which discussed such matters as protection of rights of displaced persons, migrants, and gender equality issues.
Coordination Council, Director of FPS and Deputy Chief Justice of Supreme Court discussed prisoners’ rights protection and social adaptation problems
On 4–5 June, a meeting of the Coordination Council of Commissioners for Human Rights in Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation took place in Moscow. The meeting was co-chaired by High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova and Commissioner for Human Rights in Saint-Petersburg Alexander Shishlov.
High Commissioner warns against mass human rights violations if draft law on legal regulation of use of force by penitentiary staff is to be adopted
On 3 June, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova addressed Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergei Naryshkin with a request to speak to the deputies of the Lower House of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, to persuade them to withdraw draft law № 802242–6, since its adoption could lead to severe or mass violations of human rights.
On 3 June, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova presented her annual Activity Report 2014 to the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

This was stated in the official letter of reply from Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Valeria Lutkovska regarding human rights protection of two Russian nationals – Alexander Alexandrov and Yevgeny Yerofeyev.
On 28 May, Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova visited Lefortovo pre-trial detention centre (SIZO No. 2, the FPS of Russia) in Moscow.
