Investigative Committee of Russia extended term of consideration of High Commissioner’s appeal regarding Oleg Kashin’s case
Following the need to conduct an additional examination, the term of consideration has been extended, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported in the official reply to the appeal of High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova.
Ella Pamfilova has expressed her hope that the Tambov Region Court will promptly clarify its decision to allow Yevgeny Vitishko to be released from prison as soon as possible.
