Tatiana Moskalkova: Outstanding Russian human rights defenders and philanthropists to be acknowledged by State
On 1 September, the High Commissioner’s Office starts receiving submissions from candidates aspiring to receive state awards of the Russian Federation for outstanding achievements in the field of human rights protection and charity. The final date for acceptance of applications in 30 September.
