Meeting of Russian and Greek Ombudspersons

On June 7, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova met with Ombudsman of the Hellenic Republic Andreas Pottakis.

Tatiana Moskalkova and Andreas Pottakis discussed the most important issues related to protection of rights and interests of Russian and Greek citizens, and noted the need to strengthen cooperation between ombudspersons of the two countries.

At the end of the meeting, the Russian ombudswoman invited the Greek ombudsman to participate in the conference "Problems of human rights protection in the Eurasian area" which will be held in Moscow in November 2018.
