The documents provide for regular bilateral consultations on the protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, joint research activities, scientific and practical conferences.

In addition, the Memorandum with National Human Rights Centre of Uzbekistan provides for the mutual exchange of experience on the promotion of state compliance with obligations under international human rights conventions and agreements.
