A regular release of ‘Human Rights’ programme broadcast on the Public Television of Russia channel (OTR) on 26 November was dedicated to problems of small Russian cities.

In December, the General Department for Capital Development of the Presidential Property Management Office is about to start reconstructing the building intended to house the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia. The renovation project has been finalised by now.
