Long-delayed construction project threatening life and health of people terminated in Cheboksary City
With the assistance of Commissioner for Human Rights in the Chuvash Republic Yuriy Kruchinin a long-delayed construction project was terminated in the centre of Cheboksary City. The construction company director was held accountable by the court decision, and the company was obliged to return the land plot to the city. For many years, the construction had been threatening lives and health of people.

Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Buryatia Yulia Zhambalova and her counterpart from Irkutsk Region Valeriy Lukin discussed the problems of protection of rights of persons with mental disorder.
