Implementation of socio-economic services discussed in Kamchatka Territory

20 April 2018

On April 20, Commissioner for Human Rights in Kamchatka Territory Valentina Bronevich took part in the meeting of the commission under the Governor of Kamchatka Territory for the monitoring the regional achievement of socio-economic development indicators of the Russian Federation regions.

During the work of the commission, the progress of implementation of Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012, was considered.

Speaking at the meeting, Valentina Bronevich noted: «Receiving the state and municipal services in electronic form by the citizens living in the remote and inaccessible districts of Kamchatka Territoty is the most important condition of their life support. Taking into account the specifics of the region, including the availability of the Internet, the development of a network of Multifunctional Centres (MFC) for public services is becoming increasingly important. It is necessary to consider creation of MFCs not only in the regional centres, but also in ‘nodal’ settlements which will provide with the state and municipal services of inhabitants of nearby municipalities.»
