Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan held a reception of citizens on issues of enforcement proceedings

On 20 August, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Saria Saburskaya together with the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Region conducted a telephone hotline for the citizens on the enforcement of court decisions, 19 calls were received.

On August 24, Sariya Saburskaya held a joint thematic reception of people with the deputy head of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, the deputy Chief Bailiff of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Labashova. In total, 13 citizens addressed and voiced the problems of non-enforcement of court decisions on the recovery of funds and complained about the actions (inaction) of the enforcement officers.

In addition, citizens from 6 municipal districts of the Republic appealed to the Commissioner and deputy Chief Bailiff in video conference mode.

Summarizing the results of the reception, Sariya Saburskaya noted the importance of interaction in the operational decision of the issues coming from the applicants, with a view to initiating measures to exercise the rights of citizens arising in the course of enforcement proceedings.
