On March 12, the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region held a meeting of the board on the results of the work of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Region in 2017 and tasks for 2018.
Commissioner for Human Rights in the Chelyabinsk region Margarita Pavlova noted that in 2017 there was a decrease in the number of citizens' appeals on issues related to bailiffs and thanked the bailiffs for their work to protect the rights of citizens.
"Last year, the Commissioner for Human Rights received only 82 citizens' appeals. The Commissioner and the Bailiff Service are in a constructive dialogue, which helped to reduce tension and take effective measures to restore the rights of residents of the Chelyabinsk Region," said Margarita Pavlova.
