St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Tanta — the victims are multiplying every day, the mournful death-roll grows. Today international terrorism represents the most terrible threat to the security and stability in the world, the social and economic development of all countries. It tramples on the fundamental values on which the development of free societies is based. It deprives people of the most inalienable right — the right to life.
