The World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7 April. On this day in 1948 the World Health Organization (WHO) was established. The main goals of World Health Day are healthy lifestyle advocacy, bad habits rejection, highlighting of public attention to health problems and willingness to respond to new emerging threats.

On 28 March, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova launched a verification following the petition submitted by Executive Director of the All-Russian Public Movement "For Human Rights" Lev Ponomarev and Chairperson of the Moscow Helsinki Group Lyudmila Alekseeva regarding the events related to the procession held on 26 March in Moscow.

With assistance of High Commissioner 12 convicted Ukrainian citizens transferred to country of citizenship
On 17 March, with the assistance of High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova, 12 convicted Ukrainian citizens who served their sentences in correctional institutions of the Republic of Crimea and other regions of Russia were transferred to Ukraine at the checkpoint "Nekhoteyevka-Goptovka" in Belgorod Region.
On 16 March, a two-day seminar called ‘Protection of Social Rights as a Necessary Guarantee of Law-Based State Sustainable Development’ under the auspices of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation and the Council of Europe was launched in Sochi.
