On 29 December, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova visited a social services centre in Baku.

During the visit Tatiana Moskalkova was informed about the work of the centre, spoke with visitors and staff of the organisation, as well as volunteers who give free legal and consultation aid to citizens.

On 27 February, a ceremony of postage cancellation was held in Moscow. The postage stamp with symbolics of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation has been launched to mark 20th anniversary since adoption of the Federal Constitutional Law On High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.
