On August 6, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation opened a hotline on legal issues.

Calls from citizens are received by employees of the structural subdivisions of the Office of the High Commissioner from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. (Moscow time).

On September 11, in Kaluga, I held a personal reception of citizens together with the regional ombudsman Yuriy Zelnikov. I was approached by citizen F., who was born in the city of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk Region of Ukraine. As a child, he arrived in Russia with his parents, in 2007 his mother died, his father left for Ukraine.
