High Commissioner’s Office joined European Network of GANHRI

On 6 March, with the participation of High Commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova the Institution of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation joined the European Network of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI).

During the event, Tatiana Moskalkova said that it acknowledged successful implementation of the mechanisms for protection of human and civil rights and freedoms by Russia.
