High Commissioner visited Multifunctional Center

On 20 April, Tatiana Moskalkova, the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, visited the Multifunctional Center (MFC) opened in Sokolniki district of Moscow the other day.

During the visit, Tatiana Moskalkova talked to citizens who had applied to the center for receiving state services of different types. According to the High Commissioner, the creation of a modern convenient MFC system will take social rights protection to a new higher level.

Today you can draw up a passport, a birth certificate, an Obligatory medical insurance policy, an Insurance individual account number and a lot more in MFCs.
