High Commissioner expressed condolences following road accident in Chechen Republic

High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova offered her deep condolences following the tragic deaths of people in a road accident on 21 July nearby Kharachoy settlement (Vedensk District, the Chechen Republic).

"I kindly ask to convey my words of support to the families and friends of the deceased. We commiserate with them and share the grief and sorrow of irreplaceable loss," the government telegram to Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov says.
