Congratulations of the High Commissioner on the Constitution Day

12 December 2017
Congratulations of the High Commissioner on the Constitution Day

Dear friends! I congratulate you on one of the main State holidays — the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation!

On December 12, 1993, the main law was adopted in our country, proclaiming a person the main value, and his rights and freedoms — the unchanged priorities of the state. The adoption of the Constitution is a turning point in the newest Russian history. It was approved by the will of the people and thereby made a decisive choice in favor of free and progressive development, a radical change in favor of a social state and a just society.

Our common goal is to create a solid foundation for effective protection of human rights, to contribute to the observance of justice.

I wish you good health, peace, family well-being, good luck in all your endeavors and new victories in the struggle for human rights!
