Chief of Staff of High Commissioner’s Office held a personal reception of citizens

On February 5, Chief of Staff of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Vladimir Lozbinev held a personal reception for citizens.

In the course of the reception, complaints of citizens about violations of rights in criminal proceedings and housing provision were examined.

Based on the results of the reception, Vladimir Lozbinev gave specific instructions concerning each application to the competent departments of the High Commissioner’s Office. All the complaints are being followed up.

Personal receptions of citizens are an important component of High Commissioner’s work. According to Tatiana Moskalkova, this form of interaction with citizens results in the most effective rights protection.
